Carbohydrates (“carbs”) can be counted 2 ways: by grams or by carb choices. Remember: 1 carb choice = 15 grams of carbohydrate. Mr. Divabetic’s educational game, Carb Kitty, makes counting carbs fun. See Mr. Divabetic perform live at: American Diabetes Association (ADA) Expos – Pittsburgh, PA and New York, NY, Taking Control Of Your Diabetes (TCOYD) Conference & Health Fairs – Austin, TX and special appearances in Los Angeles, CA, Columbia, SC, Philadelphia, PA and more! #carbkitty
