Jessica Simpson’s diet problems prove that long-term weight loss takes time, effort and and a lifelong commitment.
If you want to lose weight, make sure that you’re ready to make permanent changes and that you do so for the right reasons – money is not a good motivator.
Unfortuantely, there are reports that Jessica Simpson has become so stressed about losing weight after having her baby, Maxwell Drew Johnson, that she might actually be GAINING weight!
Jessica Simpson gave birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson two months ago, but Jessica is not staying on track with losing 70 pounds in a year — a goal reportedly implemented by her Weight Watchers deal!
Jess was reportedly paid an estimated $4 million to lose the 70 pounds in one year, but the pressure appears to be too daunting for her to handle!
According to Star magazine, “When Jess stepped on her scale and realized that, after losing 20 lbs., her weight had shot back by 15 lbs., she threw a huge fit! She picked up the scale and threw it against the wall, then she collapsed on the bed in tears.”
According to the new issue of Us Weekly, Jessica has up to the end of August to lose the first 20 to 30 pounds, or else she won’t get paid! Hundreds of fad diets, weight-loss programs and outright scams promise quick and easy weight loss. However, the foundation of every successful weight-loss program remains a healthy, calorie-controlled diet combined with exercise. For successful, long-term weight loss, you must make permanent changes in your lifestyle and health habits.
