Divabetic’s July’s Diabetes Roundtable inspiration Katy Perry is ready to inspire us to snack healthy!! She recently signed a new investment and endorsement deal with snack company Popchips.
The singer and 3D-concert-film star joins Ashton Kutcher with a stake in the company that counts folks such as Jennifer Hudson as fans. And it all started with a tweet.
Promoting the aforementioned movie “Part of Me,” Perry had a late-night craving and came across a bag of the treats in her hotel minibar.
“I read the back of the label and saw that it was a healthier choice. I was hooked after my first bite! When I discover something good, I want to share it with everyone I know, so Itweeted about it,” she said in a statement to the Ministry.
In addition to her slice of the Popchips pie, she’ll serve as a brand ambassador in an ad campaign to debut this fall.
