The fashions on the 2013 CMT Music Awards’ Red Carpet gave us some clear winners and losers. Our favorite look belong to Dancing With The Stars Winner, Kellie Pickler!
Kellie looked fresh and beautiful pink bejeweled glamorous gown.
Va-va-va-voom comes to mind with Kellie’s dress — sexy, revealing, form fitting–to show off her beautiful post-DWTS figure.
The gorgeous color and shimmer of her figure flattering gown was the perfect combo with her gorgeous hair and makeup.
Kellie’s short hair looked fantastic, and we love her decision to go with minimal makeup and bling, instead playing up a golden tan.
Let’s have some fun and play “Lend, Buy or Burn!” Fashion Gamewith the worst Red Carpet looks at the Met Gala. The party’s theme: ‘Punk: Chaos to Couture’ inspired a bevy of style stars, from models to designers to Hollywood’s A-list to dress up in plenty of studding, black leather and perhaps a few mohawks. What were they thinking?
The ageless Material Girl, Madonna was spotted in a brunette bob on the Red Carpet wearing just a grey studded tartan jacket, she eschewed a skirt or trousers for a fishnet body stocking, hold-up stockings and pink suede stilettos by Casadei. Emma Watson wore a black silk crepe back satin hand-draped gown from Prabal Gurung‘s Fall-Winter 2013 collectio
To play the game, Lend, Buy or Burn! you must decide:
Which dress you would LEND to a friend
Which dress you would BUY for yourself
Which dress you would BURN with a match?!
Whether you look your best, or you look like a mess on the Red Carpet – we think you’re a still a ‘winner’ for going after your dreams.
Let’s play “Lend, Buy or Burn!” Fashion Gamewith last night’s red hot Red Carpet looks at the Met Gala. The party’s theme: ‘Punk: Chaos to Couture’ inspired a bevy of style stars, from models to designers to Hollywood’s A-list to dress up in plenty of studding, black leather and perhaps a few mohawks.
Beyoncé, who served as the event’s honorary chair, arrived wearing a gown by Givenchy, the designer of the evening. But not just any Tisci gown would do. The strapless show-stopper featured elbow-length gloves, a lengthy orange train, grommet belt and matching thigh-high boots. “It’s all about the boots,” Beyoncé said.
Beyoncé confessed she was wearing a super-tight corset — so tight, in fact, that “I’m going to need scissors to cut the string.”
The night’s three wildest looks include Nina Dobrev in Monique Lhuillier, Beyonce in Givenchy and Katy Perry in Dolce & Gabbana for this Lend, Buy or Burn! Fashion Game. To play, you must decide:
Which dress you would LEND to a friend
Which dress you would BUY for yourself
Which dress you would BURN with a match?!
Whether you look your best, or you look like a mess on the Red Carpet – we think you’re a still a ‘winner’ for going after your dreams.
Oscar winning actress, Anne Hathaway stole the show when she bleached her blonde and arrived with Valentino wearing a sexy black gown from the designer’s 1992 archives for the Met Gala last night.
Her playful pixie cut looked piecey and edgy giving off a fierce vibe that corresponded perfectly with the PUNK theme, but we still can’t get over the shocking change in hair color.
Her dramatically lightened locks added exceptional interest to her gorgeous features, with major emphasis given to her smoky eye makeup.
“I don’t know if you can tell by looking at me but Debbie Harry was kind of an inspiration,” Hathaway said on the red carpet.
The 2013 Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art – better known as the Met Gala — is took place in New York last night. The theme of this year’s ball is “PUNK: Chaos To Couture.”
Beyonce was an honorary chair of the event for the annuel fête, which formally kicks off the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s yearly Costume Institute exhibit, always brings in a bevy of style stars, from models to designers to Hollywood’s A-list.
On the Red Carpe we spotted plenty of studding, black leather and perhaps a few mohawks.
“Once I learned how to work out right and eat right, it’s one of those things that you just have to commit to a life change rather than being on a diet. Because a diet doesn’t work. You lose weight and you stop it and it will all come back. So you just have to take baby steps, commit to something and stay true to it,” said Fashion Police star, Kelly Osbourne.
“And everything has to be in moderation and to find that place is easier said than done. It really is,” she continued. “Everyone’s like, ‘Oh it’s all about moderation!’ I’m like, well what are you going to do with a plate of french fries in front of you, moderate? No. You’re going to eat every single one of them!”
Speaking of french fries, Osbourne says she indulges in whatever “cheat meals” she wants, admitting that she never feels guilty about satisfying a craving.
“I always cheat,” she laughed, adding, “Pizza, I have to say …”
Osbourne recently confessed to Self magazine that she even finds herself chowing down on pizza in the morning. “I eat my fattiest meal in the a.m,” she revealed in the May issue. “If I’m craving pizza, I’ll have it for breakfast, salad for lunch, and oatmeal for dinner.”

Some of MTV’s freshest faces along some serious A-lister’s arrived at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards ready for a party. Host Rebel Wilson made sure to keep the crowd laughing with hilarious movie spoofs and a few shocking musical numbers.
The 32-year-old stepped onto the red carpet in a black LBD, complete with voluminous sleeves and a gold tassel necklace. It was a classic post-Kanye Kim look: black, tight and just a little high fashion. But tonight’s ensemble is different. Kim looks confident, sexy and fresh!

We may soon find out because Macy’s,partnering with LF USA and Authentic Brands Group, has just launched an apparel collection that adds a modern twist to the style of Marilyn Monroe.
The Marilyn Monroe line, featured in the windows of Macy’s flagship store in New York, is available at most Macy’s and online at macys.com. The line’s advertising campaign will feature iconic images of the legendary starlet alongside new clothing.
I passed by the windows yesterday and saw the collection. I think the Marilyn Monroe-inspired clothes looks AMAZING! The clothes look fresh and feminine. Why didn’t anyone think of this sooner?
“We are thrilled to partner with the retail experts at Macy’s to bring to life one of the things Marilyn loved most – fashion,” Nick Woodhouse, president & CMO of Authentic Brands Group, said in a statement. “As one of the world’s most famous style icons, it only made sense to create a Marilyn Monroe apparel collection that represents the glamour and beauty that she is known for.”
In addition to clothing featuring silhouettes similar to Monroe’s wardrobe, the collection will also feature two cropped T-shirts with classic photos of the actress.
“Marilyn Monroe’s appeal is legendary and Macy’s is excited to launch a collection that draws inspiration from her timeless style,” Martine Reardon, Macy’s chief marketing officer, said in a statement. “This new line takes her unique sensibility, noteworthy silhouettes and colors of the time, and reinvents them for a modern-day Marilyn Monroe that is fun-loving, flirty and not afraid to play with fashion.”
The collection will retail from $29 to $89.

Blowing her husband a kiss before his State of the Union, Michelle Obama looked stunning in black and maroon Jason Wu tweed sheath dress from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection with a beautiful Alexis Bittar floral brooch. The First Lady invited ia teacher from Sandy Hook Elementary School, a police officer who responded to the massacre at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin, and the parents of a girl killed by gunfire in Chicago earlier this month.

2013 will be remembered as the year the Grammys red carpet went classy.
The biggest fashion stars of the night proved that sometimes it’s best to leave a little to the imagination as well as strut your stuff for a good cause.
There is nothing sexier than Rihanna in that red-hot gown by fashion insider favorite Azzedine Alaia. I like to think Rihanna’s promoting GO RED! Campaign to raise awareness for women about heart disease. Her fabulous ‘Cross Your Heart’ style didn’t reveal too much. With Rihanna’s soft, wavy hairstyle and minimal makeup, it was perfection.
Beyonce, who? Kelly Rowland stepped out from the shadows of her more famous Destiny Child bandmate with one of the e night’s standout looks in a fishtail Georges Chakra gown with sheer panels in all the right places. The geometric peek-a-boo’s broke the “bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic” clause in a big way, but the offending panels also highlighted Rowland’s killer figure and made the gown look daring and modern.
Meanwhile, I feel that Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez got it all wrong. I don’t understand Beyonce’s tuxedo unless she was trying to make a statement against CBS new fashion clause by wearing such a conservative outfit. WhileJennifer Lopez seems to be taking modeling advice from Angelina Jolie or Rupaul’s Drag Race – throw your hip out like this!!.

The traditional Academy Awards Nominees luncheon was held yesterday in Hollywood, with more than 160 Oscar contenders including Ben Affleck, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and nine-year-old Quvenzhane Wallis.
Since the nominees’ chances of losing are much greater than their chance of winning – what does it really mean to ‘lose or fail’ in such a public forum?
“Because you’ve failed at something — doesn’t make you a failure.” says Oprah Winfrey.
I agree. I think that an Oscar nomination can boost a performer’s confidence to keep challenging themselves at their art, no matter what the results.
With two weeks to go, the annual lunch is is a chance to put aside rivalries and discuss the important things – such as what to wear for the ceremony. Have fun with the Red Carpet fashions and play “LEND, BUY or BURN!” Fashion Game. Look at these 3 Red Carpet dresses and decide:
1. Which dress you would LEND to a friend
