Sticking to your diet is hard enough especially when ‘temptation’ aka ‘chocolate’ waits for you around every corner or co-worker’s cubby at work. So I feel it’s utterly unfair to be accosted by a chocolate craving on a treadmill (!) and it’s coming from the song playing on your headphones. Can you feel me?!!!!
Well, that’s exactly what happened last week at New York Sports Club. I was minding my own business, huffing and puffing on the treadmill, when suddenly Stevie Wonder starts harmonizes and rhapsodizing about chocolate! Seriously, I started daydreaming about chocolate instead of focusing on ‘feeling the burn’ (thank you, Jane Fonda!) Have you ever heard Stevie Wonder’s ‘Do I Do’ song?
